Ms. Esmeralda Mamahua grew up in a Spanish-speaking home and is a proud first-generation graduate of Northern Arizona University. She began her educational career as a bilingual mentor and teacher’s assistant. For the past three years, she has pursued her love of teaching English as a Second Language to newcomers and international students in Southern California.
She loves interacting with students in and outside of the classroom and enjoys exploring different cultures and languages.

I am extremely excited to start a new adventure with my students and learn so much from each other. We will have a blast!
